- Pantai and Parkway Holdings to build Gleneagles Medini Hospital, a 300-bed and 150-suite private hospital across
15 acres of land in Medini, Iskandar Malaysia. Singapore patients will be allowed to use their Medisave to access
healthcare services at the hospital.
- Legoland Malaysia will be the 6th of its kind worldwide, and the first in Asia. Ready by 2012 with a theme park of
40 interactive rides, shows and attractions, and a retail mall to attract more than 1.5 million visitors every year
- Construction work for Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios has commenced (operational by 2013)
